Win It Wednesday Contest Rules

OFFICIAL RULES – NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN

1.    HOW TO ENTER: To enter the weekly drawing, you must complete the comment field found at www.hybridmom.com by 11:59 p.m. on the Tuesday following the start of each weekly giveaway. NO PURCHASE IS NECESSARY TO ENTER THE CONTEST AND A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE AN ENTRANT’S CHANCES OF WINNING.

You may also request an entry form by mail. Request the entry form by mailing a self-addressed, postage-paid envelop to Moms for Profit, LLC c/o HYBRID MOM WIN IT WEDNESDAY, 169 Commack Road, Suite H, Commack, NY 11725. Only one entry form will be returned for each mail request per week. Entrants must read the Official Rules posted at www.hybridmom.com, complete the entry form and return to the Sponsor.

Only one entry per person will be accepted per week. Subsequent entries in the same week will be disqualified. The submission is the sole responsibility of the entrant. Only entry forms actually received by the Sponsor will be included in the Contest; proof of sending does not constitute proof of actual receipt by the Sponsor. Illegible, forged, altered, incomplete or otherwise unintelligible entry forms will be disqualified. The Sponsor is not responsible for late, lost, misaddressed or not received entry forms, in each case due to any reason whatsoever. All entries become the property of the Sponsor and none will be acknowledged or returned.

2.    SPONSOR: Moms for Profit, LLC, 169 Commack Road, Suite H, Commack, NY 11725.

3.    WINNER SELECTIONS AND NOTIFICATION: One (1) winner each week will be selected in a random drawing to be held each Wednesday during the Contest period. Odds of wining depend upon the number of valid entries received by the Sponsor in each week during the Contest period. Winners will be notified by e- mail. One drawing each week will be held until the Sponsor chooses, in its sole and absolute discretion, to terminate, modify or suspend the Contest.

4.    PRIZES: Each week’s prize will be selected by the Sponsor, in its discretion, and announced at www.hybridmom.com.  Prizes need not be the same for each week. The approximate retail value each week’s prize will be listed at www.hybridmom.com. Prizes are nontransferable and must be accepted as awarded. No cash or other substitution may be made, except by the Sponsor who reserves the right, in its discretion, to substitute a prize of equal or greater value.

5.    ELIGIBILITY: The Contest is open to legal residents of the United States who are at least 18 years of age at the time of entry. Employees and all household (related or not) and immediate family members of Moms for Profit, LLC, its affiliates, agents, advertising and promotional agencies or any entity involved in the development, product implementation or administration of the Contest are not eligible to participate or win.

6.    CONDUCT: By entering the Contest, entrants agree to comply with and be bound by the Official Rules and winning is contingent upon fulfilling all such requirements. The Official Rules will be posted at www.hybridmom.com throughout the Contest period or may be obtained by sending a self-addressed, stamped envelop to the Sponsor’s address. Failure to comply with these Official Rules will result in disqualification from the Contest.

7.    WINNERS: For a list of winners, send a self-addressed, stamped envelope to Moms for Profit, LLC c/o HYBRID MOM WIN IT WEDNESDAY, 169 Commack Road, Suite H, Commack, NY 11725.

8.    GENERAL RULES: This Contest is void where prohibited or otherwise restricted by law. All federal, state and local laws and regulations apply. Taxes and fees on prizes, if any, are winners’ sole responsibility. This Contest is governed by the laws of the State of New York Winners must accept the prize within 20 days of notification and are required to provide, in the discretion of the Sponsor, proof of identity, an affidavit of eligibility, liability release, and, where legal, a publicity release. Noncompliance will result in disqualification and another winner will be randomly selected from eligible entries received by the Sponsor. BY ENTERING THE CONTEST, EACH ENTRANT ACCEPTS THE CONDITIONS AND TERMS PROVIDED IN THESE CONTEST RULES. BY ACCEPTING A PRIZE, A WINNER AGREES TO HOLD THE SPONSOR, ITS AFFILIATES, AGENTS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, REPRESENTATIVES, ADVERTISING AND PROMOTIONAL AGENCIES OR ANY ENTITY INVOLVED IN THE DEVELOPMENT, PRODUCT IMPLEMENTATION OR ADMINISTRATION OF THE CONTEST, THEIR SUCCESSORS AND ASSIGNS, HARMLESS FROM AND AGAINST ANY AND ALL CLAIMS AND LIABILITY, LOSS OR DAMAGES ARISING FROM OR IN CONNECTION WITH THE AWARDING, RECEIPT AND/OR USE OR MISUSES OF THE PRIZE OR PARTICIPATION IN AN PRIZE-RELATED ACTIVITY. If, for any reason, the Contest is not capable of running as planned, including any events or other causes beyond the control of the Sponsor, which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of the Contest, the Sponsor reserves the right in its sole discretion to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Contest and select winners from among all eligible entries received prior to the cancellation.
