
A great snack paired with a fun drink—who needs dinner?
Artichoke Dip
2 envelopes Savory herb & garlic soup/sauce mix.
3 cans artichoke hearts in water (drain and chop)
2 cups mayo
1 16 oz container sour cream
1 bag shredded mozzarella cheese
Mix all together in oven safe serving bowl. Heat in oven until hot, 20 minutes or until cheese is melted. Serve with pita, nachos etc. Enjoy!
Summer Punch
1 cup Triple Sec
1 cup Brandy
½ cup Chambord (can substitute with Creme de Casis)
2 cups Pineapple Juice
Mix 4 ingredients together and chill.
When ready to serve add:
2 bottles of dry champagne
1 quart Gingerale
