I see people standing around at the gym looking, well, bored. They lift, then rest and rest, walk to another machine talk to some friends then repeat the process. No wonder why people say they hate to exercise!
For most of us busy moms, we are squeezing in our gym time between a hundred other things in a day so you should maximize your time and your workouts by doing circuits. Circuits are my favorite way to exercise. You’re in and out of the gym with great results. Below is a circuit workout you can do at home or the gym. You just need a pair of dumbbells and a sturdy surface.
This circuit works a little bit of everything. The goal is to go through each exercise without resting until you complete the last one. Then have some water and start again. You should sweat and gain strength by the time you are done with the 4 sets. Good Luck. Let me know how you did!
This Circuit Workout is from mytrain360.com. Each exercise is associated with a video demonstration.
