Ingredients
5 cubes of Ice
1/2 cup of Frozen Berries
8 ounces of Almond Milk
1 Banana
1-2 Tbsp. of Protein Powder
1 Scoop of Catie’s Organic Greens
1 Scoop of Catie’s Vitamin C Plus
1 Tablespoon of ground Flax Seed
Directions
Place ice and berries on the bottom of the blender.
Then add milk, banana, protein, Greens, C’s, and flaxseed.
Blend until creamy.
