This is great fuel to get you through a long morning. Filling without making you feel like you need to go back to bed!
Serves 3
Ingredients
1 cup water
1 cup almond milk (vanilla or original)
1 cup McCann’s oatmeal
splash of cinnamon
splash of vanilla
1 to 2 Tbsp of agave nectar or grade B maple syrup
Toppings:
1/2 banana
1/5 tsp almond butter
2 strawberries
10 raisins
4 walnuts
Directions
Heat up milk and water (Don’t let milk bubble up or boil)
Mix until warm then add oats and vanilla.
Stir and cook for about 2 minutes.
Turn heat off and let sit for 5 minutes.
Put in bowl and mix with cinnamon and your choice of maple or agave.
Add extra dressings, and ENJOY!
