Please tell us more about the business and when you started it (or would like to start it):

SaniManiPedi is the leader in all things ManiPedi...from high-end luxurious Manicure and Pedicure Kits to our 100% natural SaniManiPedi Liquid Solution. SaniManiPedi allows women to take control of their ManiPedi health and keeps them safe at the salon. I started SMP about 2 years ago after I contracted an infection from a pedicure, and launched in April of this year.

How many children do you have?: 3

How would you define yourself as a hybrid mom?:

BK (before kids) I worked as an attorney. I've taken the last few years off to spend time with them, and then stumbled across this idea for a company. When the kids napped or were in school, I worked on SaniManiPedi. Being a hybrid is imperative to making family and company both work.

Share one personal or business ambition:

I would love to reach $10 million in sales annually.

What is your favorite thing about being a mom?:

Getting in bed with them at night and hearing about their day. Children tend to have a lot to say when avoiding sleep!

What one belief, factor or trait would you say has contributed most to your success (either personally or professionally)?:

My inability to take no for an answer.

SaniManiPedi was recently featured in the Everywhere edition of Daily Candy! It was such a huge boost and a real validation of all the time I've spent on this project. Additionally, I just got back from LA pitching my business to a panel of VCs for a television show. Hate to be coy, but I'm not allowed to say much more!
